At 1 AM, a 1022 mb high was about 400 nautical miles west of San Diego and a 996 mb low was over central Montana. A 1017 mb low was about 100 nautical miles west of Point Reyes. Onshore flow will strengthen today, peaking this afternoon and tonight, generating hazardous conditions for small craft in the outer coastal waters. Weak to moderate onshore flow will prevail Thursday through Sunday. A coastal eddy will circulate intermittently Thursday and Friday mornings.
