At 130 PM, a 1028 mb high was 1200 nautical miles west of San Diego and a 1004 mb low was over Death Valley. Weak onshore flow will strengthen to moderate onshore flow Tuesday afternoon through early Wednesday before weakening again. Additionally, a weak eddy circulation is expected each night through Thursday morning.
